LED Lights & Signs is looking for a creative, detail-oriented Sign Graphic Designer & Production Specialist to help turn client ideas into professional, production-ready signage.

You’ll work on real commercial projects including storefront signs, channel letters, vinyl graphics, window graphics, banners, wall graphics, illuminated signage, and custom business signs.

This role is ideal for someone who understands that great sign design needs to look good while also being practical to manufacture and install.

What You’ll Do

  • Create custom signage concepts based on client branding and project requirements
  • Prepare production-ready artwork and accurate sign layouts
  • Design storefront signs, channel letters, banners, vinyl graphics, wall graphics, and other commercial signage
  • Prepare client proofs and make requested revisions
  • Check artwork for dimensions, colors, spelling, placement, and production requirements
  • Prepare vector artwork, print files, and cut-ready graphics
  • Work with the production and installation teams to ensure designs can be fabricated correctly
  • Organize design files and maintain accurate project documentation
  • Help recommend materials, layouts, and visual solutions when needed
  • Maintain consistency with client branding across signage projects

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in graphic design, signage, print production, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy
  • Comfortable preparing vector and large-format production artwork
  • Strong attention to measurements and technical details
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and revisions
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with signage, vehicle graphics, vinyl, large-format printing, or CNC production is a plus
