Sign Installer & Service Technician

LED Lights & Signs is looking for a dependable and hands-on Sign Installer & Service Technician to join our growing Houston team.

You’ll work on a variety of commercial signage projects, helping install, service, and maintain everything from channel letters and illuminated signs to building signs, vinyl graphics, and digital LED displays.

What You’ll Do

  • Install indoor and outdoor commercial signage
  • Install channel letters, illuminated signs, building signs, vinyl graphics, and related signage
  • Assist with electrical connections and LED components when required
  • Operate ladders, lifts, and installation equipment safely
  • Perform sign repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Take accurate measurements and verify installation locations
  • Read project drawings and installation specifications
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles
  • Work closely with our production and project teams to complete installations correctly and on schedule
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area at every job site

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous sign installation, construction, electrical, fabrication, or similar field experience preferred
  • Comfortable working outdoors and at elevated heights
  • Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to safely lift and handle signage materials and equipment
  • Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Experience with bucket trucks, lifts, or commercial signage is a plus
